1 Million Dollars at the rate of  #520 at the parallel Market rate is equal to #520, 000, 000 Million and that such an ammount can create either a cottage or small scale industry to provide employment for graduates, but a wicked criminal kept the money alone for himself to enjoying with his family, while millions go to bed without food, Nigerians are not encouraged with the attitude and corrupt mind our leaders possess,Which can also be referred to as selfish and self centeredness.
